03. Rate Confirmations & Dispatch Authorization
Route Right Solutions will only book loads upon explicit verbal, text, or written authorization from Carrier. Once a load is accepted, Carrier authorizes Route Right Solutions to sign broker rate confirmations on Carrier's behalf as an authorized agent.
Carrier maintains full final authority over route selection, equipment safety, and driver availability. We enforce a strict NO FORCED DISPATCH policy.
04. Fees & Payment Terms
Dispatch fees are agreed upon prior to service commencement (either flat fee per load or agreed percentage of gross freight charges). Invoicing for dispatch services occurs weekly or per load as specified in Carrier's dispatch onboarding package.
Carrier agrees to settle dispatch fees within the agreed timeframe via credit card, ACH transfer, or factoring company deduction.
05. Carrier Obligations & Cargo Responsibility
Carrier remains solely responsible for physical transport, vehicle maintenance, load securement, ELD logging compliance, and cargo safety during transit. Route Right Solutions does not own transport equipment and does not act as a freight broker or motor carrier.
